Application List:

This software only obtains a list of applications installed on your device, including basic information such as application name and package name. It does not obtain information about other system-built-in applications on your device. By analyzing the user's application installation list, we can identify abnormal application combinations, such as spoofed applications or virtual environments, as well as signs of high-risk operations. These high-risk applications not only endanger your financial security but also indirectly affect your loan credit rating. Location Permissions:

When you use this application, we need to obtain your approximate location information. This information is primarily used to determine your region. We only provide loan services to citizens residing in Thailand who are 18 years of age or older. Based on location information, we can determine your current location to ensure you are a user of our services. Furthermore, depending on your region, we can also provide you with loan products that comply with local policies and market conditions. Device:

We will obtain your device information. Storage of Personal Information:

(I) Storage Location

We will store your personal information in an encrypted server. If it is necessary to transfer your personal information overseas, we will obtain your explicit consent in advance and take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is adequately protected overseas.

(II) Storage Period

We will determine the storage period of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations and business needs. After your loan application is processed and the relevant business activities are completed, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with regulations, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or you agree to retain it separately.

You can view and access your personal information by logging into the app and accessing the relevant settings or personal information management interface.

(ii) Right to Correction

If you find that the personal information we collect and store is incorrect or inaccurate, you have the right to request that we correct it. You can submit a correction request to us through the feedback channels provided in the app or contact our customer service team, and we will promptly process it after verification.

(iii) Right to Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete your personal information. For example, if we no longer need your personal information for the original purpose of collection or you withdraw your consent for us to use your personal information, you may submit a deletion request to us. We will delete your personal information promptly after verification. You can also delete your personal information by deregistering your account in the app or on our official website. The information will be anonymized and deleted within 12 hours of account deregistration.

(iv) Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your personal information at any time. You may exercise your right to withdraw your consent by changing the relevant settings within this app or contacting our customer service team. Upon withdrawing your consent, we will no longer collect and use your personal information for the purposes you previously consented to. However, this will not affect any legal processing we have already performed prior to your withdrawal of consent.

(V) Right to Complain

If you have any questions, comments, or complaints regarding our handling of your personal information, you may contact our customer service team through the following methods. We will promptly address your concerns and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Protection of minors ​:

This application does not provide services to minors. We will not intentionally collect personal information from minors. If we find that we have accidentally collected personal information from minors, we will immediately take measures to delete the relevant information. If you think we may have collected your personal information as a minor, please contact us in time and we will deal with it as soon as possible. ​

 

Changes to the Privacy Policy ​:

We may revise this Privacy Policy based on changes in laws and regulations, business development needs or other reasonable reasons.
